Whose Face Do you See?

In This Quiet Moment

Yesterday I came back from a beautiful fall walk in Roanoke, VA. I came here to do some professional recording. I returned from my walk, went over to the piano, sang this song, recorded it on my iPhone, and made this video yesterday evening.

That’s moving VERY FAST for me! I need twenty different people to listen to the song, give me tons of feedback, make a thousand changes, practice, study, and on and on... you get the picture!

Instead, I just recorded it quickly on my phone and made the video! I know there are things that could be improved. But it spoke to me, and I pray it speaks to you! Maybe that’s enough?

Whose face do you see in your quiet moments? Perhaps it’s a spiritual connection, a family member, a lover. Maybe in your quiet moments, you see your own inner light.

I didn’t reach my goal of professionally recording... yet... but indeed, I did create and record yesterday... even if it wasn’t very high tech!
