Ciao! I have missed you! I have missed sharing about the beautiful people and adventures in my life.

I started working on a video for the first song on our album and I became super hyper-focused ….until I got the divine nudge to fire myself!

I took a 24 hour fast from the video project and it was a huge breath of fresh air. Have you ever had to fire yourself in order to take a brake? In my desire to finish the project, I realized I had lost my joy. Firing myself was a great move! Sending you blessings that you can find the right balance in all your projects!

I was trying to create a Disney film on a Mickey Mouse budget and I lost myself along the way. I haven taken a much needed pause from the video and my awesome running buddy and co-writer, Terry has taken the lead!

We will have a video for our song “Mary, Mary” by April 19th for our Branson Album Celebration. Join us on the 19th!
